Reporting a rate or content problem

Please include the Rateory URL, the currency pair, the reference date shown on the page and a short description of what appears incorrect. If the issue concerns a bank, card or transfer quote, include the provider name and quote time only if you are comfortable sharing them; do not send passwords, card numbers or other account credentials.

Rateory verifies reported reference-data issues against the source and its own calculation logic. See the Corrections Policy for how corrections are handled.

Privacy requests

For a privacy or data-rights request, use the same email address and identify the Rateory feature involved. The Privacy Policy explains what information the website and optional mobile features process.

Before relying on a displayed rate

Rateory publishes reference information, not executable transaction quotes. For a real payment, transfer or exchange, confirm the final rate, fees and payout conditions with the provider that will execute the transaction.
